Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $75 CAD: Flat-rate shipping of $10 CAD
  • Orders of $75 CAD or more: FREE shipping

Shipping rates are calculated before taxes and after any applicable discounts.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

For some international destinations, a phone number may be required by customs authorities or local delivery carriers. Providing a valid phone number at checkout helps ensure smooth delivery and prevents unnecessary delays.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur. O & Co. Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

O & Co. Collection is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen.
