At O & Co. Collection, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.
Eligible Returns & Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund items if:
- Your order arrives damaged during shipping
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
To qualify, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
How to Submit a Claim
Please email us at support@ococollection.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- A replacement item at no additional cost
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future purchase
The resolution offered will depend on the circumstances of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our made-to-order and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with style
- Items that match the product description but do not meet personal expectations
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or styles once an order has been placed. If you require a different size or item, a new order will need to be placed.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the item before contacting us.
