We guarantee that every product you purchase from us is free from defects. If you find an issue, you can return it for a credit or replacement.
All items come with a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects under normal wear, including necessary repair labor. We cannot warranty stones we did not provide.
This warranty is valid only at O & Co. Collection. Repairs or services performed by others will void the warranty.
All our jewelry is genuine, authentic, and of high quality. O & Co. Collection is not liable for any consequential or accidental damages related to this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, along with additional rights that vary by country.
Ring Sizes
O & Co. Collection is happy to resize a ring purchased from us within 1 month for a nominal fee. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges when sending an item to us for resizing. The resizing process will take approximately 7 business days.
Stone Replacement
We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry items free of charge for up to 3 months after purchase. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover jewelry that has lost a single diamond or gemstone weighing 0.12 carats or larger.
Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty
Please note that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer defects. The following issues are not included under this warranty:
- General wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones.
- Water damage, although our jewelry is moisture-resistant.
- Fading or chipping of the material, which largely depends on how the product is handled.
- Lost or stolen parts.
- Damage resulting from personal misuse or negligence.
- Any accidental damage to the item while it is in the consumer's possession unless caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
Follow the instructions carefully to send your item for repair:
Email support@ococollection.com to notify us that you will ship your merchandise. Please include your name and order number in the email, with the word "Warranty" in the subject line. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue with the item you are returning.
We will provide the shipping return address once we receive your email.
It is important that you insure your package for the full value of its contents. You are responsible for insuring the package you are returning, exchanging, or repairing. If the package is lost or damaged during shipping and it is not insured, you will be held liable. The cost of insurance is minimal but essential for preventing loss.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges related to returns, exchanges, and repairs. Use a shipping carrier that provides a tracking receipt and insurance for the package.
